As a Marketer at MAE, you are jointly responsible for devising and developing our marketing campaigns. You bring structure, improve processes, and know how to translate your marketing knowledge into increased brand awareness for MAE.

You have at least 3 years of work experience in marketing, during which you were part of a marketing team, but you are looking for a smaller company where decisions are made more quickly. A place where your ideas are taken seriously and where you can use your experience to build MAE.

You enjoy conceptualizing marketing campaigns and are responsible for their overview and planning. You also like to roll up your sleeves and carry out tasks such as setting up email campaigns, writing scripts, and designing static ads. You actively work on the marketing calendar and are jointly responsible for both the content and execution of campaigns, including organizing and coordinating larger advertisement shoots and events.

What to expect:
You will be working in a relatively small company with a team of 5, and with you, a team of 6 people. You will be our second marketer, so you will work together on campaigns. However, there will be a clear division based on your skills and learning goals.

Furthermore, everyone has their own expertise and works independently, but of course, we work as a team; we therefore brainstorm a lot among ourselves and think along with each other. For this reason, we also always work 5 days a week in the office so that we can switch gears faster. Because we are a small team, your efforts will be directly visible in results. You are not just a number in a large organization, but an important part of the MAE brand.

At MAE, we like to think big and have ambitious plans. For example, we expect to have 8 people in the office by the end of the year, and our goal is to more than double our revenue again this year.

As a B2B Specialist at MAE, you are responsible for growing our business division. Your main tasks include maintaining existing relationships and expanding our network with new partners. You identify commercial opportunities, devise strategies to further grow our B2B activities, and then execute these yourself. From initial contact to long-term collaboration: you manage the entire process. Your goal is clear: to double business revenue in the coming year.

You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a commercial role such as account management, business development, or partnerships and already have B2B experience. You enjoy building and expanding relationships and know how to identify opportunities and convert them into concrete deals. You not only think strategically but also get hands-on. You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview of your pipeline, and know where the biggest growth opportunities lie. At the same time, you are a strong communicator and easily build rapport with partners.
