Cooling-off period/returns

If you are still within your 30-day cooling-off period, you can return your purchase free of charge.

If you choose to return your order, you can easily arrange this via the following link: https://maeofficial.com/return/

If you click on the link, you can fill in your order number and email address. After this, a return label will be sent to your email address, which you can stick on the package. The package is then ready for shipment and can be taken to a shipping point.

Once we have received the package in good order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it, and you will receive a refund to your bank account within two working days.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.

I have entered an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Shipping & delivery time

We take great care to deliver your order as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this, sometimes products are not in stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. Should we, for whatever reason, not be able to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

We cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands. Delivery is handled by PostNL parcel service. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Warranty & Complaints

Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect in the product or should have discovered one, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@maeofficial.com.
