Reflection period/returns
If you are still within your 30-day reflection period, you can return your purchase free of charge.
If you choose to return your order, you can easily arrange this via the following link: mae.montareturns.com
When you click on the link, you can enter your order number and email address. A return label will then be sent to your email address, which you can affix to the package. The package will then be ready for shipment and can be taken to a shipping point.
Once we have received the package in good order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it, and you will receive your refund within two working days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this reduction in the product's value to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
I have provided an incorrect delivery address!
Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
We take great care to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 11 PM are usually shipped on the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we fail to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
We cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands entirely. Delivery is handled by PostNL's parcel service. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@maeofficial.com.
