Cooling-off period/returns
If you are still within your 30-day cooling-off period, you can return your purchase free of charge.
If you choose to return your order, you can easily arrange this via the following link: https://maeofficial.com/return/
When you click on the link, you can enter your order number and email address. After this, a return label will be sent to your email address, which you can stick on the package. The package is then ready for shipment and can be taken to a shipping point.
Once we have received the package in good order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it, and you will receive your money back into your bank account within two working days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
I have provided an incorrect delivery address!
Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Shipping & delivery time
We take great care to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 23:00 will be shipped the same day. However, we cannot always meet this, sometimes products are out of stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we, for whatever reason, not be able to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
We cover all shipping costs within the Netherlands. Delivery is handled by PostNL's parcel service. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 22:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Warranty & Complaints
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect in the product or should have discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in good time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@maeofficial.com.
