Cooling-off period/returns

If you are still within your 30-day cooling-off period, you can return your purchase free of charge.

If you choose to return your order, you can easily arrange this via the following link: https://maeofficial.com/return/

Clicking on the link will allow you to enter your order number and email address. A return label will then be sent to your email address, which you can attach to the package. The package will then be ready for shipment and can be taken to a shipping point.

Once we have received the package in good order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it, and you will receive your refund within two business days to your bank account.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

I provided an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Shipping & delivery time

We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 11:00 PM will be shipped the same day if possible. However, we cannot always meet this, sometimes products are not in stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we fail to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

We cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands entirely. Delivery is handled by DHL parcel service. Generally, delivery will take place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Warranty & Complaints

Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or ought to have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

Complaints
