Cooling-off period/returns

If you are still within your 30-day cooling-off period, you can return your purchase free of charge.

If you choose to return your order, you can easily arrange this via the following link: https://maeofficial.com/return/

By clicking on the link, you can enter your order number and email address. A return label will then be sent to your email address, which you can affix to the package. The package will then be ready for shipment and can be dropped off at a shipping point.

Once we have received the package in good condition, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it, and you will receive the refund to your bank account within two business days.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Shipping & delivery time

We take great care to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

We cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands entirely. Delivery is handled by PostNL parcel service. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Warranty & Complaints

Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or something else happens that allows you to claim warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@maeofficial.com.
