▶ What is the minimum order quantity?
Enter the answer here. The minimum purchase is €200 excluding VAT. For orders over €300, you benefit from free shipping.
▶ How does the warranty work?
Enter the answer here.If a product breaks down for a customer, we naturally find that unfortunate, as that is not the intention! However, if something does happen, they can always contact our customer service at info@maeofficial.com. We will then resolve this together with the customer, so that you do not have to be an intermediary in this contact! They must, however, be able to show proof of purchase, demonstrating that the product was bought at your salon.
▶ When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, it will be shipped within 2 working days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.
▶ Can I test it first?
Yes, you can. You can order our products via our B2C webshop. You then have 30 days to test the product. If you are satisfied, you can create an account here and place a business order at the business purchase prices.
▶ How does payment work?
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail. The payment term is 30 days.
