If you are still in your 30-day cooling-off period, you can return your purchase free of charge.

Notice: the product must be sent to us in its original packaging and without user marks, otherwise we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

If you click on the link you can enter your order number and e-mail address. A return label will then be sent to your e-mail address, which you can stick on the package. The package is then ready for shipment and can be taken to a shipping point.

Once we have received the package in good order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it and you will be refunded to your bank account within two business days.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Shipping & delivery time

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 11 p.m. on weekdays, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The shipping within the Netherlands we take entirely at our expense. Delivery takes place via the parcel delivery service of PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 22:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Warranty & Complaints


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen from time to time that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
